Aluminium Wood Grain Transfer Printing Machine

The wood grain transferring machine uses a single bag type, greatly improving the complex & more difficult profile transfer process, increasing the capacity and reducing the loss of the wood effect paper.

Wood grain paper is divided into strips, which size is around the aluminum required area, wrapping the surface of aluminum with wood grain paper simply, putting the wrapped aluminum into the high temperature film bags, gluing the head of the bag tied, and the other end connected with a vacuum tap, vacuuming, so that the wood grain close to the surface of the aluminum. Then put them into wood grain transferring furnace, increasing the temperature and transferring. After being automatic baked, removing the wasted surface  paper, the clear simulation of wood grain will occur.

8. Trolley:

  • Trolley is made by profile steel and driven into the furnace through rail by motor.
  • When reaching the certain time and the temperature of heat transfer process,furnace door will automatically go up and down,and trolley will automatically get in and out.
  • Trolley is equipped with a 2.35KW vacuum pump, during the repeated work process in  the vacuum, using air pump anti-blow the wood grain transfer paper. At the both end of the trolley, equipped with a vacuum device respectively, which can be adjusted according to aluminum strip.
